If you have the time (2:30:00) the inquiry committee interview with David McDonnell is a tour de force in how not to manage or design a software development project.
No cash accounting reports from the #horizon system can be considered as reliable and cannot be used as evidence at trial.
The interview becomes really jaw dropping after the 90 minute mark and should be required watching for anyone wanting to go into software development.
@X31Andy early on in the inquiry I watched a number of the impact statements from the victim. Was heartbreaking and anger inducing viewing, hearing how peoples lives where destroyed by bad software, corporate arrogance / ignorance.
Having followed the story for a good few years, it's good that a TV show has managed to garner so much support for the victims.
