@GossiTheDog I agree with your analysis on the shift happening within our industry. However I think a lot of the cyber security industry has been selling their tech as snake oil for a long time. Often I've felt companies own marketing departments are doing their own tech a disservice by the way it was pitched. The AI hype train seems a continuation of this.
@intrbiz @GossiTheDog Having worked the Support and Engineering sides of a SIEM company, I lost count of the number of times I have had to explain that the software doesn't do that, I don't care what the Sales Rep said.
