@tig plenty of projects give out merch stickers at the likes of FOSDEM, a few of my laptops are covered in said stickers.
@tig how do you hold the rust together without stickers?
@intrbiz filller, paint and hope! :)
@tig sounds very much like my impulse purchase Jaag, which has been in the garage for a while having rust and previous bodges repaired.
@intrbiz ah the cheap old jaaaag trap :) A friend of mine fell into that, his was a complete nail though. If you put your foot down it would dump about a pint of oil into the cylinders and let out a smoke screen that I had only seen the like of before in the Wacky Racers cartoons :)
@tig I've been enjoying Look Mum No Computer's Austin Seven project.
@intrbiz same here, when he got his first A7 I posted a bit of a brain dump in the comments and some of it was useful! I suspect that his Aussie Seven was shipped over as rolling chassis as I remember reading about an Australian Gov project to ship over loads of A7 rolling chassis to kick start the Australian car industry. One of the companies involved was some coachbuilder called Holden (no idea what happened to them...)
@intrbiz lol yeah apart from those but you don't normally put stickers on them :)
Although I 3D print badges for events and things :)
Oh look! It's an Austin Seven badge!
