@dick_turpin you mean like firing the human rights team, gutting the content moderation team personally tweeting links to right wing conspiracy sites and openly telling people to vote republican? Oddly this has meant some advertisers are waiting to see what happens which then caused him to let loose with a pram mounted general electric fully automatic toy launcher...
@tig So what you're really saying is people are leaving because their cosy environment that they never paid a dime towards is starting to become more diverse? I reiterate. Illegal activity I don't condone, and while I may not agree with right-wing opinions, I disagree with shutting alternate views down.
TBH, a little more conspiracy and a little less cancel culture on Twitter is a good thing, IMO. It's a sad state of affairs when people cannot speak their minds for fear of a backlash.
@dick_turpin there is speaking your mind and spouting conspiracy theories and encouraging racism. I don't think lies and blatantly false conspiracy theories should have equal standing. TBH firing half your workforce on a whim and judging people by lines of code written is not the work of a responsible person and that person now has bought themselves a LOT of influence.
@dick_turpin @tig you miss an important point. He had agreed to buy it before he walked away. He tried to weasel out of a contract he signed, one that he purposely waived due dil on. He brought it because his ego got threatened, which has all turned out correct.
