It's time to call VirginMedia to arrange a new contract that doesn't cost the earth.
I want to record the call as I have a shite memory and need to be able to transcribe what I have agreed to.
I could use the company's SIP account, which records all calls, but I'd prefer to do things a little more personally.
There appears to be a lot of apps for recording calls, but which is the right one to use?
Any help is appreciated :)

I also used to have one of these for interviewing for my articles and it was pretty good:

@intrbiz That's a good idea. I might even look to see if I can route the call through my computer and record audio with audacity (or similar)
