The idea that the public sector is inefficient and wasteful, while the private sector is tight and spendthrift, is complete and utter bollocks. This nonsense notion has been ruination of the UK for the past 40 years.

@nixCraft it was a shame HP killed the Palm Pre, truly ahead of it's time.
If we can bring the web back and get more companies to do propper web apps, then another Linux based phone might stand a chance.
@Lightfighter @nixCraft they were using Upstart back then. The Palm Pre shipped with Upstart as the init / service manager.
